Jacksonville Please Listen to me

So, uh Jacksonville... What the hell are you doing? Your defense dominates week 1 with 10 sacks and 4 turnovers, albeit against a bad offensive line. They come back down to earth a little, against a much better team in week 2 against the Titans. The offense has not looked good in either game. Hmmm... I wonder who could've seen this coming? Oh yeah everyone ever in the history of the world. Granted the offense has lost some important pieces in Robinson and Westbrook, but Bortles is still bad. This defense has enough talent on it to win football games, and they showed it week one. Your job as the quarterback of the Jags is to

1) Hand the ball off to your ultra talented running back Leonard Fournette

2) Don't turn the ball over

3) Complete enough of your passes to keep the defense from loading the box every single play

It isn't that difficult. You don't need to put the team on your back, just be adequate. You don't need to have the best quarterback in the NFL, you just need to not have the worst. So the Jags response to what I've been saying since basically July, was to sign Ryan Nassib. So what? You are now going to start Chad Henne in a couple games and have Ryan Nassib back him up? Solid plan! I don't get it at all! You have three backup's on one roster and not a real starter at the position. Now I don't know how Kaepernick would be on this team, but to not even give him a chance!? The man made it to a Super Bowl with a great defense in San Francisco. He has a historically good touchdown to turnover ratio of 2.4 for his career. With the Jags defense that's all you have to do is not turn it over, make a few good throws a game and you can win games! So you do you Jacksonville, and hopefully you'll finally get it right.
